Julie & (Andrew) Campion

Everyone just calls him Campion.  This was a great day and my first time shooting in the Distillery District downtown.  A lovely church, and great wet cobblestones made for some nice shots, even though the rain did manage to get us a little bit a couple of times.  We ended the day in Balzac's Cafe, which had all sorts of character.  A great old brick and mortar building.  Finally, we were treated to some unscheduled fireworks out over the harbour... FREE SHOW!

Angeline & Long

This was the biggest wedding I'd attended to date.  So many great people, so much great food, and such a big venue!  The whole day took place at Apollo Convention Center in Mississauga.  I was fortunate enough to get to sit in (and shoot) the traditional Tea Ceremony that preceded the wedding, as well as watch Angeline's surprise ballet dance for Long.  It was a great day!

Wendy & Matt

This was a nice little wedding that took place exclusively at a little restaurant on Ward's Island.  After some prep in the Westin Harbourfront hotel with Matt and his family, we took the short ferry ride to Toronto Island and headed to the venue.  It was a great little outdoor patio surrounded by tall trees with a view of the water.  There were a few spots of rain, but all in all it was a great day.

Jessica & Ben

This was the first wedding of the season, and realy, a perfect day.  The clouds hung overhead most of the time, but that made for some great pictures.  After the ceremony we headed to a local part for some more shots, and then sun peaked through just long enough to give us some great dappled light.  A warm reception later in the afternoon, topped off with lots of dancing finished off the day.
